The $690 camp fee covers:

  • Lodging for the entire camp duration
  • All meals and snacks
  • Training sessions and activities
  • Camp uniform (shirt and hat)
  • Program materials and equipment
  • Supervised instruction by experienced staff

Campers should pack the following:

  • Comfortable outdoor clothing and extra sets
  •  Sturdy boots or athletic shoes
  •  Sleeping bag and pillow
  •  Personal hygiene items (soap, toothbrush, etc.)
  •  Refillable water bottle
  •  Flashlight with extra batteries
  •  Sunscreen and bug repellent
  •  Any necessary medications (with instructions)

A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration.

We offer flexible installment payment plans:

• Option 1: Pay in full at registration ($800)

• Option 2: Two payments of $400

• Option 3: Four payments of $200

 Secure your child’s spot with a $200 deposit.

 Final payment must be completed by June 15, 2025.

  • A 5-day grace period is provided for missed payments.
  • After 5 days, a $25 late fee will be applied.
  • If payment is not made within 14 days, your registration may be canceled, and the spot will be offered to the next camper on the waitlist.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future sessions.
  • Deposits ($200) are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests made before May 1, 2025, will receive a 50% refund (minus the deposit).
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 1, 2025.
  • If a camper leaves early due to illness or emergency, a pro-rated refund may be considered.

Yes! If space is available, registrations may be transferred to a future session. Transfers must be requested at least 30 days before camp begins.

Are there discounts available?

Yes! We offer the following discounts:  

  • Early Bird Discount – Save $50 if you register before March 1, 2025 
  • Military/First Responder Discount – $50 off for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders  
  • Multi-Sibling Discount – $50 off per child when registering two or more siblings 

Discounts cannot be combined

We have a limited number of scholarships for families who demonstrate financial need. Contact us to inquire about eligibility.

Our camp maintains a low staff-to-camper ratio with trained professionals, including former military personnel and experienced instructors. All staff undergo background checks and specialized training.

We encourage an outdoor, distraction-free environment. Campers are allowed to bring phones but may only use them during designated free time. We are not responsible for lost or damaged devices.

Parents will receive emergency contact numbers. Non-emergency messages can be sent through our camp office.
